  • 021.5 cups water or plant milk
  • 031 tbsp neutral oil

Method

  1. 01Whisk the mix with liquid until smooth. Rest the batter 5–10 minutes.
  2. 02Heat your tawa or pan on medium. Wipe with a film of oil.
