  • 021.5 cups water or plant milk
  • 031 tbsp neutral oil
  • 04Optional: fresh herbs, fruit, or curd to finish

Method

  1. 01Whisk the mix with liquid until smooth. Rest the batter 5–10 minutes.
  2. 02Heat your tawa or pan on medium. Wipe with a film of oil.
  3. 03Cook each portion 90 seconds on the first side, 30 on the second.
  4. 04Plate hot. Top with whatever your morning needs.

Tips
