Coffee Hazelnut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 011 cup Pan 8 mix (per recipe)
- 021.5 cups water or plant milk
- 031 tbsp neutral oil
- 04Optional: fresh herbs, fruit, or curd to finish
Method
- 01Whisk the mix with liquid until smooth. Rest the batter 5–10 minutes.
- 02Heat your tawa or pan on medium. Wipe with a film of oil.
- 03Cook each portion 90 seconds on the first side, 30 on the second.
- 04Plate hot. Top with whatever your morning needs.
